I've just upgraded to V4.39 and I'm unable to open the game. It hangs at the ".../myfiles_2/FYMYards.zip" stage of opening.
Has anyone else encountered any issues?

I'm having the same problem right now, but I don't think it's 4.39 because it was running fine yesterday.

Must be a deeper issue then. I just assumed it was an issue with V4.39 as I'd just performed the upgrade.

Seems to have been a connection issue earlier today around 10:00 am GMT. All is fine now - it is not a 4.39 issue.
