By delete I assume to 'Bye' a train. I've fixed this bug, but before I release a new Beta I need to know what you mean by 'run'.
I can run trains onto you Macmillan map either as trns or tr1s. I can run trains on Macmillan. I can run trains from Macmillan and save going to a new yard. I can run trains map to map to and from Macmillan. Please supply details and an example of your issue with run.

also i downgraded to 4.38, and it works fine when i try and bye a train, i know a couple of the train files are corrupted, after downgrading said that there was header information problems with the file and the train file will be removed.

You said run/delete - but I assume you really just meant 'Bye'.
