This is not a bug.
It seems that in Windows 8 the fym panels are too big for the screen, and it is a real fight to get to buttons that are close to the bottom of the page.

I suspect this is a screen resolution and/or Font size issue. What settings are you using?

Jim I'm running windows 8 now. I've downloaded the file and followed procedure and put it in root still dosen't work keeps commimg up as 4.42 and getting an error 9000

Version on server is correct - check that your shortcut isn't still pointing to previous version
