Old HD crapped out, New HD won't connect

I have sent you a couple pictures explaining how to type "%APPDATA%\Freight Yard Manager" into windows explorer and it will take you to that directory.

Or like HHackman says you can turn on show hidden files and navigate there.

Having read your message again. You said this:

"Windows installs FYM in Program files (86), when I try to get on FYM, it goes to setup new player options and then FYM says the program data is in C:\Users\Bill\Desktop\NewFolder\FYM\server1"

The fact that you say your FYM data directory is in "C:\Users\Bill\Desktop\NewFolder\FYM\server1" means you changed it from the default of "%APPDATA%\Freight Yard Manager" after installing the game on this new computer. Therefore you need to copy the FYMOptions.zip into that location and unzip the hectrain.zip into there as well.
