Can't get FYM 5.9.8 installed

Starts to install this version then I get Freight Yard Manager files in use Freight Yard Manager(Process ID 7104)
Action Buttons Try Again- Continue
Try Again does nothing, hit continue and it start to install again, then I get Error writing to file: C\Users\Bill
Documents\FYM\ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll.
Verify you have access to that directory
Try Again, and try again does nothing

From the message, it sounds as if FYM is already running when you're trying to upgrade.

If it doesn't seem to be, perhaps FYM or Windows has got confused, and a restart ought to do the trick.
