Unable to get this 5.5.1 version to work!

Have spent two nights trying to get 5.5.1 to work, and keep getting this crap

I'm not a computer geek and don't want to be one and this is really pissing me off! Would like to know what is going on, I got the first Installer to work.

Bill,
Have you restarted your computer during all this? Please try that, and if it doesn't work, can you delete C:\Users\BILL\Documents\FYM\server1\backup\FYMYards.zip manually?
