All filters that are Black for the current map turn to white and block 0. Setting the filter to a different color does not make it change. Is Black 0,0,0 a no no with the current programming?

Having tested, black filters do work correctly for me. What you describe instead sounds like cars that aren't being matched to any block filter - which map are you seeing this on, and with which cars, so I can grab the files and look?
I've had a few reports from others of similar cases, but I've yet to work out exactly what isn't being matched correctly.

Commerce city was the 1st map I had seen it on ( quite awhile ago) and forgot about it. (so it's been around awhile). now on my Cheyenne map. Only seems to affect tank cars.
